Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of CosmicOracle, including our website, dashboard, public horoscopes, AI-assisted readings, support tools, and related services. By accessing or using CosmicOracle, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.

You must be legally permitted to use the service where you live. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

We may require you to complete profile setup information, including astrology-related details, before certain features become available because those details power personalised readings.

Some features require an active subscription or trial. Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe and renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

• Free trials are limited to eligible new accounts and may only be offered once per user or account.
• Cosmic Energy is used to generate personalised readings and chat responses inside the dashboard.
• Unused Cosmic Energy does not roll over into the next billing period.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless we expressly state otherwise.
• Plan upgrades or downgrades may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle depending on the plan change you choose.
• Unless we say otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, paid fees are non-refundable, including partially used billing periods and unused Cosmic Energy.

We may change pricing, plans, trial terms, or available features in the future. Any such changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise stated.

You agree not to misuse CosmicOracle. This includes, without limitation, doing any of the following:

• Using the service in violation of law or the rights of others.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, models, prompts, APIs, or administrative systems.
• Uploading or submitting content that is abusive, harassing, infringing, fraudulent, defamatory, or intended to exploit others.
• Interfering with the service, bypassing rate limits, reverse engineering protected parts of the platform, or using automation to scrape or abuse the service.
• Using the platform to generate or distribute harmful, deceptive, or unlawful material.

You retain responsibility for content you submit, including dreams, notes, chat prompts, support messages, and profile entries. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit that content.

If you choose to make content public, including through the Dream Wall, you give us permission to host, display, format, moderate, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service. We may remove or restrict content that violates these terms or creates risk for the platform or other users.

CosmicOracle provides astrology, spiritual reflection, and AI-assisted content for entertainment, inspiration, and personal reflection only. Content generated by the service is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific circumstances.

CosmicOracle does not provide medical advice, mental health advice, financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or any other professional advice. You should not rely on readings, Cosmic Chat responses, dream interpretations, or other outputs as a substitute for a qualified professional.

If you need help with health, mental health, legal, financial, or safety matters, you should contact an appropriately qualified professional or emergency service. CosmicOracle is not an emergency service and is not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or resolve crises.

CosmicOracle, including its branding, design, software, prompts, site copy, and service features, is protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws. Except as these terms allow, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our service without permission.

We may use aggregated and de-identified usage information to improve the service, analytics, safety systems, and product quality.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of CosmicOracle at any time, including during maintenance, updates, security events, provider outages, or product changes.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk for the service or other users, or if continued access is not operationally feasible.

CosmicOracle is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CosmicOracle and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

To the extent liability cannot be fully excluded, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the site, by email, or through the service where appropriate. Continued use of CosmicOracle after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
