This Privacy Policy explains how CosmicOracle collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit our public pages, create an account, subscribe, use our dashboard tools, contact support, or otherwise interact with our services at cosmicoracle.io and related applications.

CosmicOracle provides public horoscopes and AI-assisted astrology and spiritual reflection features including personalised horoscopes, Destiny Forecast, Moon Energy, Oracle Cards, Dream Oracle, Cosmic Chat, and support tools. Because these features rely on profile details and free-text inputs, some of the information you choose to provide can be sensitive or deeply personal. Please only share what you are comfortable sharing.

Depending on how you use CosmicOracle, we may collect:

• Account details such as your name, email address, sign-in method, and authentication identifiers.
• Profile and astrology details such as zodiac sign, gender, birth date, birth time, birth place, timezone, geocoded coordinates, and natal chart data used to personalise readings.
• Reading and content history such as generated horoscopes, destiny scores, oracle card draws, reflection notes, dream descriptions, dream interpretations, and Cosmic Chat messages.
• Subscription and billing records such as selected plan, billing interval, energy balance, subscription status, renewal dates, and Stripe customer or transaction references.
• Support information such as support chat messages, escalation form submissions, email threads, ticket metadata, and replies sent to our support teams.
• Usage, device, and log data such as browser details, approximate region or country signals, pages visited, analytics events, timestamps, and error-report metadata used for reliability and abuse prevention.

We use information we collect to operate and improve CosmicOracle, including to:

• Create and secure your account, keep you signed in, and support login with email or Google.
• Generate public and personalised readings, including astrology calculations, AI outputs, and dashboard history.
• Process subscriptions, manage billing, reset Cosmic Energy, send transactional emails, and provide access to paid features.
• Provide support, respond to tickets, route requests to the correct department, and monitor product issues.
• Measure performance and product usage, investigate fraud or misuse, and maintain platform security.
• Comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect our users, team, and services.

CosmicOracle uses its in-house CosmicEngine as the core astrology backend for astrological calculations and celestial-data processing across the platform. CosmicEngine is used to calculate and retrieve data such as planetary transits, natal charts, transit-to-natal aspects, and other astrology inputs used in horoscopes and personalised readings. We may also use third-party AI providers to help transform astrological data and user inputs into narrative readings, interpretations, or support responses. Inputs you provide for features may be processed by AI providers and related service components to produce responses.

We also use your profile details, timezone, and birth information to calculate personalised outputs. If you enter a birth place, we may send that place name to a geocoding provider so we can derive coordinates for chart calculations.

Please do not submit highly sensitive personal information in prompts, dreams, or chat messages unless it is necessary for the experience you want. AI outputs can be imperfect, so you should use your own judgment before acting on them.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers and partners that help us run CosmicOracle, such as:

• Supabase for authentication, database hosting, and application data storage.
• Stripe for checkout, payment processing, invoices, and billing portal services.
• Resend for transactional email delivery.
• Google Gemini and OpenAI for AI-assisted generation and support functionality.
• Cloudflare Turnstile and related infrastructure providers for bot detection and service protection.
• OpenStreetMap Nominatim or similar geocoding services for birth-location lookup and coordinate resolution.
• Pushover or similar notification services for internal operational alerts.

We may also share information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to enforce our agreements, or to protect rights, property, safety, and security.

Some features let you make content public. For example, if you choose to post a dream to the Dream Wall, other users may be able to see the content, related reactions, timestamps, and the name or anonymous label you selected.

Public content should be considered publicly accessible. Even if you later remove it, copies may remain in backups, logs, screenshots, or cached systems for a limited period. Avoid posting information you would not want others to see.

We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep the service working, remember preferences, and support security. This includes authentication cookies, CAPTCHA or abuse-prevention signals, and preference storage such as currency selection.

We also use local storage or session storage for support chat continuity, temporary interface state, and related convenience features. If you disable cookies or similar storage, some parts of CosmicOracle may not function correctly.

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, support subscriptions, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements.

When your account is deleted, associated user data may be deleted or anonymized, subject to backup, fraud-prevention, billing, security, and legal-retention requirements. Certain records, such as payment or support records, may be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, including secured authentication flows, HTTPS, access controls, and operational monitoring. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
